After our dishwasher broke and caused flooding in the laundry room, we did not know what to do or who to call. After searching online we called SERVPRO of North Portland/ West Hawthrone, they did fantastic work! We would definitely use them again. 

After a broken pipe they were able to come in and clean up the mess. They did a great job and made us feel comfortable that the project was being done the right way. 

I have used SERVPRO of North Portland/West Hawthrone a few times for crawlspace work. The office staff is always so pleasant to work with and the technicians are professional.

We had water damage in our kitchen and this crew was great! Chris was there in our time of need and was able to answer all of our questions. He made us feel better about the disaster that happened. The girls in the office were also friendly whenever I called about an appointment time or if I thought of other questions I had. 

The employees are so nice, friendly, thorough, trustworthy and knowledgeable.
