Lesili, our dedicated Job File Coordinator, has seamlessly integrated into our team, bringing with her valuable administrative experience from her time at Premiere Concrete. In just over a month, her kindness, compassion, and generous spirit have made a lasting impression. Outside of work, Lesili enjoys quality time with her family, indulging in movies, and exploring new destinations. Kevin, our Water Mitigation Technician, possesses a remarkable knack for devising optimal drying techniques and fostering exceptional customer relationships. Kevin relocated from Pennsylvania to join our team at SERVPRO of North East Portland. Kevin's commitment to learning and growth is evident as he has obtained his IICRC certification for water damage mitigation. Thomas

Don, affectionately known as DJ, is an integral member of the Fire and Water Restoration Team at SERVPRO of North East Portland. With prior experience in the property restoration industry gained at an independent contractor in the area, DJ brings valuable expertise to our team. With his exceptional attention to detail, quick problem-solving skills, and strong work ethic, DJ exemplifies the qualities essential for success as a water and fire restoration technician. When he's not assisting individuals after disasters, DJ cherishes moments with his daughters. Committed to providing top-notch service and support, DJ embodies the dedication and professionalism that defines our team.

Eli

Eli is a member of our Restoration Technician team, and he brings experience from his background in tiling and painting. Having joined our team just a couple of months ago, Eli's dedication to the restoration industry spans back to 2017. While previously trained and certified in WTR Mitigation, Eli is eager to renew his certification, showcasing his commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Eli finds joy in playing the accordion, a passion he has cultivated since the age of six. With his expertise, dedication, and passion for continuous learning, Eli embodies the qualities of a skilled and versatile fire and water restoration technician.

Zaida

Zaida is member of the Contents and Cleaning team. Transitioning to the restoration industry, she brings with her a wealth of experience as a skilled practitioner of the custodial arts. In a little over a year with us, Zaida has consistently delivered excellent results, showcasing her ability to effectively remove smoke and soot from even the most stubborn items. Beyond her professional talents, Zaida finds joy in spending quality time with her family, indulging her passion for painting, and tackling puzzles. Her proficiency in both English and Spanish is instrumental in fostering cohesion within our diverse workforce.

Elmer

Elmer, our esteemed Reconstruction Project Manager here at SERVPRO of North East Portland, brings over 8 years of comprehensive construction and cleanup expertise to our team. With a background spanning construction, property and disaster cleanup, as well as restoration, Elmer possesses a diverse skill set in mitigation, estimating, and project management. Certified by the IICRC in WTR, ASD, and Carpet Cleaning, Elmer's proficiency is unmatched. Beyond his professional accolades, Elmer's dedication to his loving family and passion for boxing are evident. A true asset to our team, Elmer is known for his kindness, intelligence, and extensive knowledge, serving as a trusted friend and mentor to over 40 individuals within our company.

Jeffrey

Jeffrey is a valued member of our elite reconstruction team here at SERVPRO of North East Portland, originally joining us as part of the water mitigation and restoration department. With over a year of experience at SERVPRO and an additional 7 years in construction and restoration, Jeffrey's expertise is evident in his exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
