Smoke Damage To Office Building

Smoke damage often spreads more than the fire!

Although fire damage may only be in one room or area, smoke and soot damage will spread much further, possibly effecting the whole building. The room in the pictures had a fire in the room above it, causing smoke and water damage to the ceiling. 

SERVPRO of North Portland / West Hawthorne was able to restore the whole building, removing the areas that we are too far gone and deeply cleaning the areas with little damage. Although the repairs will still need to be made, this building no longer has any smoke odors and has been completely cleaned and dried.
